Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cooked & finely chopped
- 1/4 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 30-36 wonton wrappers
- 4 c. corn oil
- Sweet & Sour Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl mix together chicken, water chestnuts, celery, mushrooms, almonds, and teriyaki sauce. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Place 2 teaspoons chicken mixture on each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Seal edges well.
Pour corn oil into 3-quart saucepan or deep-fryer. Heat to 375°F. Add wontons a few at a time. Fry 2-3 minutes or until golden, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce .
