Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocado, peeled,
- seeded and mashed
- 1 c. Thick & Chunky salsa
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. tomato, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pk. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced ripe olives
- 3 stalks green onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. jalapeño peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Combine avocado, 2 tablespoons Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Stir in 1/2-cup tomato; spoon evenly onto serving plate.
Mix sour cream with taco seasoning for next layer. Spoon remaining salsa, mixed with remaining tomatoes, over sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, olives, green onion, and jalapeño peppers.
Serve with chips or vegetable dippers.
Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
