  • 1 jumbo can cinnamon rolls (17.5 oz)
  • 5 1/2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • cinnamon (garnish)
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Start by coating your muffin tin with a healthy dose of cooking spray. Then, pull apart the cinnamon rolls, taking the outermost layer and using it to line the wells of the tin. Once all 6 are lined, take the yummy middles of the roll-dough and press them down inside the tin, creating 6 deep wells for our filling.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Now, fill your doughy wells with this luscious cream and toss into the oven for about 18-20 minutes.

Once the oven dings, remove the sweet treats, and allow them to cool slightly before dusting them with a bit more cinnamon.
