Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 c chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 c ketchup
- 3 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 c frozen Tater Tots
- 1 c shredded mild Cheddar Cheese
- Chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, dill pickle chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425º. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion, and cook, stirring frequently, until beef is browned and crumbly. Stir flour into beef mixture, cook for 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Pour beef mixture into prepared pan, and top with Tater Tots.
Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 minutes more.
Garnish with tomato, lettuce, and pickles, if desired. Serve immediately.
*Spice up this casserole a bit with Monterey Jack cheese with peppers instead of Cheddar if you like.
