Ingredients

  • 1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb.)
  • 1 onion, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 each red and green pepper, quartered
  • 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce with A.1.
  • 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEATgreased grill to medium heat.

GRILLsteak 1 min. Add vegetables to grill; cook 8 to 10 min. or until steak is medium doneness (160ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce the last 5 min.

CUTsteak and vegetables into thin strips. Spoon onto tortillas; top with cheese. Roll up.
