Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine meat, 1 cup milk, rice, onions, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Shape with an ice cream scooper. Place in slow cooker.
3. Mix soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over meatballs.
4. Cover. Cook on low for 5 hours.
