Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jellow
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup raw carrot, grated
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- pulp of one can crushed pineapple

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add pineapple juice and salt, then chill. When slightly thickened add pineapple, carrot, cabbage and celery.
Set aside until firm and unmold on lettuce leaves. Garnish with mayonnaise and jelly.
