Ingredients
- 2 (3.4-oz ea) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 c cold milk
- 2 c thawed cool whip whipped topping, divided
- 1 c coconut, divided
- 1 graham cracker pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Beat pudding mixes and milk in bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cool whip and 3/4 cup coconut. Pour into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Toast remaining coconut. Top pie with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
