Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed fruit (approx. 1 quart strawberries)
- 4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 box Sure-Jell Fruit Pectin

Preparation
Step 1
Mash berries and measure exactly 2 cups. Stir in sugar and let stand 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix water and pectin in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling at high heat while stirring for 1 minute. Stir pectin mixture into fruit mixture. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved, around 3 minutes.
Pour into containers, leaving 1/2 inch at top. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temp. 24 hours before using. Stor in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freeze.
