Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white crème de cacao
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 graham cracker crust

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended.
Reserve 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture; set aside. Pour remaining mixture into crust. Mix crème de cacao and coffee granules with reserved cream cheese mixture.
Place crust on baking sheet. Pour coffee mixture over cheesecake filling. Gently cut through coffee layer with knife to create marbled appearance. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until just set in center. Cool on wire rack. Chill 3 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
