Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, mashed to a pulp
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 5 tbsp salad oil (olive oil)
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 - 1 tin anchovies, chopped small
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- SALAD
- l large head romaine lettuce
- 2 cups croutons
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Make dressing in salad bowl by combining all ten dressing ingredients together. Mix together well.
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces in salad bowl. Toss to coat. Add croutons and parmesan cheese and toss lightly once more. Serve immediately.
