Peanut Butter Truffle Brownies combine the best fudge brownies in the with an easy, no bake peanut butter truffle, finished with chocolate ganache.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- Truffle
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Ganache
- 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl stir cocoa and melted butter until combined. Add sugar and mix well. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix in the salt and flour until well combined. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan and bake about 20-22 minutes. Let cool and chill.
In a mixing bowl beat the butter and peanut butter until creamy. Add sugar and salt and mix well. Press carefully and evenly on top of chilled brownies.
Heat chips and milk in the microwave 30 seconds and stir. Heat another 30 seconds and whisk until melted and smooth. Pour evenly over peanut butter layer. Chill until chocolate is set up. Cut into small squares and store tightly covered.
