Ingredients
- Each makes app. 2 cups.
- Chill each about 2 hours
- Smokey Remoulade Sauce
- 2 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c Creole mustard
- 2 cloves garlic' minced
- 2 tbs parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 tbs lemon juice, fresh
- 2 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp red pepper, ground
- Tangy Garlic Tartar Sauce
- 2 c mayonnaise
- 1 (3.5oz) jar capers, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- Spicy Cocktail Sauce
- 3/4 c bottled chili sauce
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 6 tbs horseradish
- 2 tbs plus t tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/4 tsp worcestershiresauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
