CHOCOLATE BROWNIE COOKIES

Ingredients

• Ingredients:
• 2 2/3 cup Crisco
• 6 cups brown sugar
• 4 tsp. water
• 4 tsp. vanilla
• 8 eggs
• 6 cups flour
• 1 1/3 cups baking cocoa
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 4 cups chocolate chips mint
• 2 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening and sugar. Add water and vanilla. Beat in eggs, combine flour cocoa, salt and soda. Gradually add to creamed mixture, beat just till blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350deg. No longer than 9 minutes.
