Ingredients
- 8 cups finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup carrots(cabbage and carrots must be as thin as possible)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tbs. white vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbs. lemon juice

Step 1
Mix together sugar,salt, pepper, mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Add the vegetables and mix well.
Cover so skin doesn't form and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
