  • 3 C. Yams, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 C. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Parsley, Freshly Chopped
  • Salt to Taste
  • Black Ground Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375*
Place yams in covered baking dish with just enough water to coat the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until tender, then add the lemon juice adn parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
