Ingredients
- 1 lb Hot Italian Sausage - Kowalski
- 1 lb Mild Italian Sausage - Kowalski
- 32 oz container whole milk Ricotta Cheese
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese + xtra for top
- 1 Largest Bottle Prego Traditional Sauce
- 1 ea 26oz Pasta Sauce, any style
- 1 pkg Kowalski Lasagna noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 1 Hour @ 350
Cook sausage, drain. Stir into pasta sauces - Set Aside
Mix together Ricotta, eggs, and parmesan cheese
Spray sides of Lasagna pan with Pam
Layer in 3 layers
Meat Sauce
Noodles
Ricotta mixture
Mozzarella
Ending with sauce, sprinkle w/extra parmesan
Cover with tinfoil for first 45 minutes, uncover last 15 minutes til brown & bubbly.
Place on foil covered cookie sheet (for sure)
