Ingredients

  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 11 basil leaves
  • 14 oz dry capellini or angel hair
  • pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Chop tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, chopped basil, garlic and oil.

Cook pasta in salted boining water until aldente, 7-11 minutes depending on the thickness of the pasta.

Drain

Toss pasta with remaining ingredients.

Serve with fresh toasted french bread.
