Ingredients
- 1 pd. cleaned shrimp
- 1/4 cup Ottavio Grapeseed Oil
- (I used Olive Oil)
- 1 to 2 Tbs. Adams Reserve ANY
- Sear-n- Crust
- 1/4 cup Cookwell and Co Pecos 83 Marinade
- 1 tbs. dark brown sugar (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix rub and oil. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
Place shrimp in medium high dry saute pan; 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Remove shrimp from pan. Add marinade to pan; reduce heat to low and cook until marinade reduces and thickens to a syrupy consistency.Add 1 tbs. dark brown sugar if you like a sweeter sauce.
Place shrimp back into the pan; mix heat throughly. Serve
