- 1/2 lb Fresh Ramps
- 1/4 cup Toasted walnuts
- Zest & Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 Cup Graded Parm or Grana
- 3 Tbs +/- Olive oil

Step 1
On a grill-Char/Wilt cleaned & trimmed & oiled Ramps
combine w/ walnuts, Lemon Juice & zest, Parm in a food processor
Pulse & drizzle olive oil to desired consistancey
