Ingredients
- 1 C All Purpose Flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t double acting baking powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 2/3 C vegetable oil
- 1 C sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 to 1 C raisins
- 1 1/2 C grated carrots

Step 1
Sift Flour
Re-sift Flour with baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon
In a separate bowl combine oil, sugar and eggs. Once well blended, add to flour mixture. Again once combined, add carrots and raisins.
Bake in a greased and floured pan for about 85 minutes at 325.
