Greek Feta and Olive Oil Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Feta, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Minced fresh jalapeno to taste
- 2 to 3 Tbls cream cheese (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, mix the feta with the milk until grainy. With the blender running, slowly pour in the oil and blend yto a thick glossy cream. Stir in the jalapeno. To mellow the tang of the dip or to get a creamier texture, mix in the cream cheese.
