Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 c plus 2 tbs caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 1/2 c plu 2 tbs pecan pieces, divided
- 1 c cold milk
- 2 pkg (3.4oz) jello instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tub(8oz) Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Pour 1/4 c caramel topping into pie crust, sprinkle with 1/2 c pecans.
Heat milk, pudding mixes, and spices with pumpkin. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in 1 1/2 c Cool Whip. Refrigerate 1 hour. Spread top with remaining Cool Whip, drizzle with caramel topping and remaing 2 tbs pecans.
