  • Cake:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) Hershey chocolate syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in syrup, add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Beat in flour gradually and then add nuts. Pour into greased
11x15 inch pan. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.

Frosting:
Melt butter and mix sugar and vanilla, cocoa and beat well. Pour over cooled brownies.
