Ingredients

  • CRUMBLE:
  • 800 g/1 3/4 lb figs (fresh or frozen),
  • 2 oranges,
  • 30 g/1 oz fructose
  • 50 g/2 oz rolled oats,
  • 50 g/2 oz butter,
  • 50 g/2 oz flour,
  • 50 g/2 oz sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Use your hands to kneed the crumble dough ingredients together until smooth. Make large lumps of this dough and put them in the ActiFry pan. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Set aside. Replace with the frozen figs and cook for 10 minutes.

During this time, remove the wedges and zest from the oranges. Add the fructose, the orange wedges and the zest to the figs and cook for another 5 minutes.

Divide the fruit among 6 ramekins and cover with the crumble dough. Eat warm or cold, to your taste.
