Peas and Carrots with Chicken 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 200 g/7 oz chicken
  • 1 can peas (200 g/7 oz)
  • 1 can carrots (200 g/7 oz)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 spoon tomato puree
  • 1/2 spoon oil
  • black pepper
  • 2 glasses water

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the onion and chop into little pieces. Add the onion to the ActiFry. Add the oil and cook until the onion is golden brown. Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Add with the garlic to the ActiFry.

Mix the the tomato puree with the glass of water and pour into the ActiFry. Add another glass of water and cook for 10 minutes.

Wash the peas and carrots, add to the ActiFry. Cook for 10 minutes.
