  • • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • • 3/4 cup sauerkraut
  • • 6 slices of corned beef, thinly sliced and halved
  • • 6 slices of Kerrygold Blarney Castle cheese, halved

Preparation:
Preheat broiler to 450º. Spread even layer of Thousand Island dressing on each slice of the rye bread. Carefully fold one thin slice of corned beef on top. Top with one tablespoon sauerkraut then add 1/2 slice of Blarney cheese. Place on cookie sheet and broil until cheese is melted.
