Too-easy peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 6 peaches peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 T all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 slices white bread

Preparation
Step 1
350* oven ~ rectangular baking dish 8”
Cut crust from bread then cut into 4 or 5 pieces
Spread fruit into buttered pan when using apples sprinkle w/ a little extra sugar & cinn.
Cover fruit with layer of bread slices
Beat together butter, sugar, flour and egg ~ cutting butter in
Spoon butter mixture over fruit and bread
Bake for 35 to 45 min or until golden brown
Sprinkle sugar & cinnamon over hot cobbler
