- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2/3 cup shredded cheese (FF)
- 1/2 cup panko
- 2 egg whites

Step 1
Steam broccoli 5 mins, run under cold water to stop cooking. chop fine. Combine with other ingredients (add more panko so it is firm) Shape into tater tots. 400 bake on parchment paper, 20-25 mins (golden). Serve with ketchup
