Ingredients

  • 600 g/1 lb 5 oz small cuttlefish, washed and dried ,
  • 6 canned peeled and seeded tomatoes, chopped,
  • 2 onions, sliced,
  • 12 leaves fresh basil,
  • 3 ActiFry spoons virgin olive oil,
  • 400 g/14 oz peas,
  • Salt, white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put the cuttlefish and the onion slices into the ActiFry, pour in the oil and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes and 4 basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.

When the cuttlefish are nearly ready, add the peas and cook for 10 minutes. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. Decorate with the remaining basil and serve.
