Ingredients

  • 500 g/1 lb pork tenderloin,
  • 2 courgettes,
  • 3 apples,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon oil,
  • 200 g/7 oz mandarin or tangerine wedges,
  • 2 ActiFry spoons tomato ketchup,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon honey,
  • 1 lime

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the port tenderloin into cubes, and dice the courgettes and apples without peeling them.

Put the oil, courgettes, apples, tomato ketchup, honey and lime juice along with the meat in the ActiFry and simmer for 15 minutes.

During the final five minutes, add the mandarin wedges and a little mandarin juice to the ActiFry.
