- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1/2 C creme fraiche
- 4 oz. smoked slamon
- capers
- chives

Step 1
Shape dough into 4 small rounds; placeon a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
Dividing evenly, sprinkle with shallots and spread with creme fraiche. Bake at 425 F until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Top with salmon and sprinkle with capers and chives.
