Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs of round steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 can Fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion - diced
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Rice

Preparation

Step 1

In a crock-pot, combine steak, onions and diced tomatoes.

In a small bowl, combine gravy, water and cream of chicken soup.

Stir thoroughly and pour mixture over steak mixture in the crock pot. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Serve over cooked rice.

(To spice things up a bit, use 2 cans of fire roasted tomatoes instead of one of each kind.)
