Ingredients
- 1/4 cup each butter, flour
- 2 cups hot milk
- 1 cup grated longhorn cheese
- 1/2 tsp. each salt, dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- Pinch each accent, pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Add milk. Stir over low heat until thick. Add rest of ingredients. Stir until cheee melts.
