Ingredients
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken, divided
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oven to 375°F.
DRAIN tomatoes, reserving 1/4 cup liquid; discard remaining liquid. Mix reserved liquid with half the stuffing mix, Italian seasoning and egg in large bowl. Add meat; mix well. Press onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
COMBINE tomatoes, remaining stuffing mix and onions; spread over meat mixture. Cover.
BAKE 45 min.; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF).
