Steak Butter

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. butter
• 1 clove Garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. chopped chives or green onion tops
• 1 tbsp. basil
• 1 tsp. hickory salt
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 14 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter in electric mixer, at medium speed, until well blended. Beat in rest of ingredients. Spread over sizzling hot steak before serving.
