Ingredients
- 1 1/2 rings garlic ring bologna
- 6 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 4 Cups vinegar
- 4 Cups water

Step 1
Cut ring bologna however you prefer to eat it and place in gallon jar with a good fitting lid. Add all the dried spices to the jar. Add the vinegar and water. Close lid and shake well to combine. Leave in refrigerator at least 3 weeks for flavors to blend and bologna to become seasoned.
