Balsamic vinegar steak sauce 0 Picture


  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 tsp flour
  • 1 cup beef broth



Step 1

In small pan boil vinegar until reduced to 1/4 cup. In small bowl mix butter and flour together until smooth. Add beef broth and pepper to vinegar reduction and heat. Gradually whisk butter mixture into liquid until smooth. Bring to boil and simmer , stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Serve over your favorite steaks
