- CHILI BUTTER: garlic, cilantro, green onion and chili powder. Add softened butter and a little evoo and blend.
- MAITRE D BUTTER (GARLIC, PARSLEY BUTTER): Blend garlic, chives, parsley, black pepper, lemon juice, paprika and butter.
- SHALLOT THYME BUTTER: Blend shallots, fresh thyme, butter. pepper and lemon juice.
- BLUE CHEESE: Softened butter, minced garlic (with salt) and maytag blue cheese. Great on grilled steak
Blend 1st 4 ingredients in blender or processor. Add softened butter and evoo and blend.
Try on grilled chicken, steak or fish.
Flavored butters can also be used on breads and corn on the cob.
To prepare, place on plastic wrap, shape into a cylinder with your hands, and freeze. Cut diagonally into round for serving.
