Ingredients

  • A 1.5kg/3lb rabbit
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • 1 ActiFry spoon virgin olive oil
  • 150 ml/5 fl oz dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the rabbit into pieces. Pour the oil into ActiFry and heat for 1 minute. Add the seasoned rabbit. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the washed vegetables cut into julienne strips, cook for 15 minutes.

Add the white wine and cook for 15 more minutes. Garnish the dish with parsley.
