  • 2 pkgs refrigerated french bread dough, divided
  • 6 slices velveeta
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 3/4 c ketchup
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, presses
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 1 T evoo
  • 1/4 c grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • shredded lettuce, tomato slices and dill pickle slices



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Unroll 1 pkg bread dough onto large round stone, roll and stretch to edge of baking stone. Cut cheese slices in half and arrange evenly over dough to within 1" of edge. In bowl, combine onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard and garlic and mix well. Add cooked hamburger and mix well. Spoon meat mixture over cheese spreading evenly. Unroll remaining dough directly over filling by matching top edges of dough and shaping to fit as dough is unrolled. Trim excess dough from corners forming an even edge. Roll and crimp edges to seal. Drizzle oil over dough, spread evenly. If desired sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Make 3 crisscross cuts about 6" long across dough to vent. Bake 18-20 minutes or til deep golden brown.

For just 2 people, use 1 dough, place ingredients on one half and fold other half over and seal
