Ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 c sliced ripe olives
  • 1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1.5 c cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, melt butter, cook onion and garlic in butter til tender. Stir in 1/3 c olives, green chilies, sour cream and soup; mix well. Set aside 3/4 c soup mixture. To remaining sauce in pan, stir in chicken and 1/2 c cheese

Warm tortillas as directed on package. Fill with chicken mixture; roll up. Place seam side down in an ungreased shallow 2.5 qt baking dish. In small bowl, combine reserved soup mixture and milk; spoon over tortillas.

Bae at 350 for 30-35 minutes or til heated thru. To serve, sprinkle with remaining cheese and olives.

shredded cheese and diced tomatoes would be good served on top also
