Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, plain or low fat
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup minced chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon
  • Freshly ground pepper

Step 1


In a blender (or in a tall jar using an immersion blender)
Whisk together Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Use the blade of a knife to smash the garlic clove
On a cutting board, sprinkle it with salt and mash it into a paste. Add the garlic -salt paste lemon juice, vinegar, herbs and pepper to the yogurt. Whisk to combine well and create smooth, evenly green mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
