- 1 kg/2 lbs pork tenderloin, cut lengthwise,
- 3 ActiFry spoons oyster sauce,
- 1 1/2 ActiFry spoons soya sauce,
- 2/3 spoon sugar,
- 1/4 ActiFry spoon cooking oil

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the pork in the oyster sauce combined with the soya sauce, oil and sugar for one hour.
Put the marinated pork in the ActiFry, and then drizzle the oil evenly on top. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
