Oriental Vegetable Salad and Spring Roll

Ingredients
- 24 mini spring rolls,
- 1 Chinese cabbage,
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 cucumber,
- 100 g/3 1/2 oz bean sprouts,
- 1 red onion,
- 200 g/7 oz green beans,
- 4 ActiFry spoons sweet and sour sauce with red chilli pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the spring rolls for 20 minutes until they are crispy.
Prepare the salad by cutting the Chinese cabbage into strips. Wash and drain well.
Cut the pepper and the cucumber into strips and the onion into slices. Leave the green beans whole and blanch or cook them covered briefly. Do the same with the bean sprouts, bean sure to leave them crunchy.
Mix all the ingredients and add the sweet and sour sauce, which results in an original oriental salad. Decorate the salad with the spring rolls.

You can prepare frozen spring rolls in the ActiFry. You do not have to add any extra oil because they are generally pre-fried. There are many different kinds of spring rolls, including vegetarian ones.
