Ingredients
- 10 slices white bread (cubed)
- 12 eggs (beaten)
- 1 lb. breakfast Sausage
- 1-1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 C. Half & Half
- 1-1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 C. Shredded Cheese
- 1 C. Shredded Cheese

Step 1
Brown Sausages together. Drain.
Mix everything (except 1 Cup of Cheese) together in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
Cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator, and let set for about 30 minutes (get it to room temperature).
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
