Chicken Breast with Green Beans, Pineapple and Mustard 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 500 g/1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
  • 500 g/1 lb green beans,
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple,
  • 1 package mushrooms,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon ordinary mustard,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon honey,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon reduced fat cream,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon chopped fresh parsley,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Remove the tips of the green beans and cut them in two. Cut the pineapple in two. Remove the skin by cutting from top to bottom, making sure you cut away enough to remove the eyes.

Cut the pineapple into slices and then into pieces, removing the hard core and collecting the juice. Cut the mushrooms in half. Pour a spoon of olive oil in the actiFry and add the chicken.

Cook for 5 minutes, then add the green beans, pineapple and pineapple juice, mustard, honey and cream. Simmer for 15 minutes. Open the cover and check that the chicken is cooked enough. Decorate with finely chopped parsley.
