Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Melt butter or margarine in skillet; saute onions and celery until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 15 to 20 minutes until flavors blend. Makes 1 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce.
