Ingredients

  • 2 Chinese sausages, cut into a small dice,
  • 15 cooked prawns, shelled,
  • 3 tablespoons canned peas,
  • 750 g/1 2/3 lb cooked rice, or 250g/9 oz uncooked,
  • 2 eggs beaten,
  • 2 onions,
  • 1/2 ActiFry spoon soya oil,
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon water

Preparation

Step 1

In the ActiFry, brown the onions for 5 minutes with 1/2 an ActiFry spoon of soya oil.

Pour in the beaten eggs, add the peas and the cooked rice. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the dice of Chinese sausage and the shelled prawns. Sprinkle with a little cold water so that the rice does not stick together. Season with salt and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
