Ingredients
- 1 kg/2 lbs chicken wings
- Marinade: wine vinegar, Tabasco, salt
- Melted butter
- 1 fresh fennel
- 1 apple
- 150 g/5 oz celery
- Juice of 1 lemon, crushed pepper, olive oil
- 80 g/3 oz olives

Preparation
Step 1
Place the chicken wings in the marinade and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, gently brown the chicken wings in the ActiFry fryer. We advise you to wait until the butter is sizzling.
Wash the fennel, the apple and the celery, then peel the apple and slice it thinly. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Season and mix together evenly. Decorate using the olives and serve together with the chicken wings.

It is recommended to marinate the chicken the day before. Prepare the salad whilst the chicken is in the fryer. An easy dish to prepare that is decidedly healthy!
